Cancellation Policy:
  1. Free Cancellation (Before Shipping): You have the flexibility to cancel your order free of charge if it has not been shipped yet. To cancel your order, please log in to your account and navigate to the order history section. If successful, the cancellation will be confirmed, and any payments made will be refunded.
  2. Charges for Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that cancellation will incur delivery expenses. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount. We encourage you to check the status of your order before attempting to cancel.
  3. COD Orders: For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, if you decide to cancel after shipping, the delivery charges will be applicable, and the amount will be deducted from the refund. Additionally, for COD orders, we require the next order to be prepaid as we do not offer COD services for consecutive orders.

Refund Policy:
  1. 7 Days Free Return and Replacement: We understand that sometimes the product may not meet your expectations. If you receive a damaged item, we provide a 7-day window for free returns and replacements. To initiate the return or replacement process, follow these steps:
    • Shoot a video of Unboxing the product once you receive the product.
    • If damaged, take clear pictures of the product and packaging.
    • Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the order, providing the images and order details.
    • Our team will assess the case and guide you through the return or replacement process.

Note : The video of the damaged products needs to be covered at the start of you receiving the product, if the customer tries to repack the box and capture the damaged article its not acceptable.
  1. Refund Process: Once the return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
